I was wondering … what is common between Jakie Chan and Jet Li .. besides thats they are Martial Arts Movie Stars and that I am a big fan of em both. The title of this blog should say it all!

Wong Fei Hung!! A charachter that has been played by both these stars. Jet Li starred as Wong Fei Hung in the “Once upon a time in China” series. And Jackie Chan played Wong Fei Hung in the very famous “Drunken Master”.

But the best part was yet to come. The best of Jet Li and Jakie Chan. And the best was to see them together .. share the screen .. an onscreen fight against each other. Last weekend I saw this flick “The Forbidden Kingdom”.

Undoubtedly this was a full packed entertainer as I expected. Jet Li’s high flying Kung Fu action and Jakie Chan’s Drunken Boxing style comic action. This is the first time Jet Li and Jackie Chan have acted together (in my knowledge). It was total fun watching them … especially the fight sequence between Jet Li and Jackie Chan. The best part of this movie is this long fight sequence. Crisp, comic, perfectly choreographed and flawlessly acted.

I am so glad I went on for watching this movie. This was the 2nd flick I saw that day. First I went for Shutter and then decided to try this picture as well. I am so glad I did this
